This Privacy Policy applies to the website https://www.sigmachipsi.org/ and all associated subdomains (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by the SCP and GSG Association, the parent organization of Sigma Chi Psi Sorority, Gamma Sigma Gamma Sorority, and the Little Jadestones (collectively referred to as “SCP and GSG Association,” “us,” or “we”). This policy forms part of the Terms of Use that govern your use of the Site.

(ii) Personal Information: Your personally identifiable information, which includes your full name, maiden name, address, phone number, email address, member number, date of birth, chapter of initiation, initiation year, photos, education, career, family relationships, donation information, and other identifiable information that you choose to provide. If we combine Non-personal Information with Personal Information, we treat the combination as Personal Information.

(b) Information Not Collected:
This Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 16 in the European Economic Area or any child under the age of 13. If we discover that any registration is made by a child under these ages, such registration will be deleted. If you are under these ages, do not use this Site or provide information on it.

(a) Information You Provide:
